Norway-based Denise Hauser is a versatile director excelling in both animation and live action, or a combination of the two disciplines. Denise’s focus is on visual storytelling and the gathering of brilliant creative heads to collectively create inspiring and meaningful communication and content. She has over a decade of artistic and commercial experience within film production, including both self pursued artistic projects and as a commercials director in New York.
Denise has been shaped by the people she has collaborated with in Switzerland, London, New York and Norway. Her multidisciplinary background has led her to direct animated, mixed media and live-action projects such as the campaign for SPDRs together with Ataboy Studios New York, a fundraising film for the Smithsonian Archives of American Art and a brand film for FiLIP ‘The world’s first phone for kids’, with Leo Burnett New York.
Her short films have screened at numerous international film and animation festivals and she’s been invited to screen and talk about her work as far away as Kyoto, Japan.
